是由曾經獲得美國精品咖啡協會咖啡文學特別貢獻獎的 Kenneth Davids 於1997年所創立, 他們仿照葡萄酒的百分制評論, 邀請專家對咖啡進行杯測, 並把結果報告公布在網站上. 它迅速成為世界上最大, 也最受推崇的咖啡購買指南. 送到CR的評鑑都是以50分起跳再以底下的五種判別方式, 以每種最高10分加總後得總分數. 以下12種熟豆是我們送評鑑過的報告. 請注意當時送評鑑的熟豆皆已販售完畢, 我們盡量找尋類似的品質在訂購頁面上呈現給您. 送評分數僅供參考.
